Man United are ready to offer lucrative deals in order to land two of their top
summer targets. David Moyes is ready to stump up as much as £140k a week in a
contract offer that would make Southampton left-back the best paid teenager in
world football according to the Daily Star.
The Man United boss sees the 18 year old left-back as an ideal man to fill the void that will be left when
Patrice Evra, as expected, leaves the club this summer. The England international is considered one of the
hottest prospects in European football and has a whopping £30m price-tag. Similarly Moyes will wave the
cash in the direction of Bayern Munich’s Toni Kroos with Man United ready to offer the 25 year old
German international a huge £260k a week deal, which dwarfs his current £60k a week salary. Kroos has
long been a target of the Premier League side and also has a £30m price-tag according to the Guardian. The
intelligent midfielder is seeking parity with Allianz Arena’s big earners but if he isn’t offered such a deal he is
well aware he can earn huge sums elsewhere.
However the lack of Champions League football could prove a stumbling block for Kroos, who was of
course part of the Bayern Munich side that won the competition last season.
